Melting furance 

Machine features:

1. 120kw(90kw) main frequency induction continuous casitng furnace adopt two pieces of inductor for melting and heat preservation.

2. Max. power of the melting pot is 75kw(45kw), and max. power of the holding furnace is 45kw.

3. Two pots communicate with each other at the bottom. When working, feed material to the melting pot, and then get the molten copper to pouring at the holding pot, so that it can assure the clean copper water.

4. Use three-phase equilibrium for inductor, high power factor, long service time, easy feeding material and maintaince, etc…
